For a leading talent referral-based platform in Vietnam that empowers companies to proactively connect with the best talent through referrals, we are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join a dynamic team and ensure that both employers and recruiters have a seamless experience using our platform.
Maintain continuous communication with employers, answering any questions and supporting the collaboration between employers and recruiters to achieve successful placements.
Work closely with employers to understand their recruitment needs and ensure the best solutions are provided.
Take ownership of customer satisfaction and build sustainable, trusting relationships with employers and recruiters through open and proactive communication.
Address complaints and resolve issues by providing appropriate solutions, following up to ensure a complete resolution.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions, account processes, and legal documentation.
Engage customers during their use of the platform, going the extra mile to ensure they are maximizing its benefits.
Remind employers to update interview results and provide consultation to attract more referrals.
Receive and resolve inquiries from recruiters and headhunters.
Assist candidates referred through the platform during the interview process and monitor their progress during the probation period.
Support in screening and assessing candidates, particularly in the IT field.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
At least 1 year of relevant experience, ideally in a technology startup environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and G-Suite.
Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
Ability to track and manage customer service requests.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Own laptop for work.
