Job Summary
Develop and execute the EOSH plan for CCBVL at specified region to ensure, the operation safely and compliance to KORE and all requirements of local Authorities.
Key Responsibilities
1.Strategy formulated and managed through continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop the EOSH strategy, EOSH inspection daily, weekly, monthly for Plant, Warehouse and market
- Implement applicable continuous improvement programs i.e. SOE, TPM, etc.
- Identify benchmarks and best practices.
- Set goals and targets for improvement.
- Ensure sustainability of all initiatives.
- Develop the contractor management system that based on the KORE and local requirements
- Develop the activity plan (Kaizen, near miss, etc) to support for EOSH improvement
2.Manage & Execute the EOSH
- Report and analysis all EOSH requirements, internal, external and authorities
- Contractor management
- Develop the plan and execute ISO management system: ISO 14001; OHSA 18001
- Identify hazards and risk assessment all works and jobs within Plant, Warehouse such as: LOTO, machine
- Develop, Execute and control all wastes (solide wastes, hazardous wastes and waste water treatment plant)
- Investigate, report all accidents, incidents (if any)
- Coordinator with all employees, contractors, departments resolve problems (if any)
3.Manage the compliance:
- Build the awareness and ensure the understanding of EOSH processes/requirements to all departments, employees, contractors, third parties and ensure all compliances
- Ensure the compliances with local and KORE requirement of EOSH for South region, including plant, warehouse, distribution and sales
- Ensure all EOSH reports are well prepared and send to local Authorities and BIG as required and on time
- Develop and close all CAP from internal, external audits timely
4.Training and Development:
- EOSH training for all contractors, third parties and employees
- Coaching and developing staffs
5.Manage EOSH KPIs & cost:
- Manage the COE of EOSH
- Control, analysis and action plan for improving EUR, WUR, etc weekly and monthly
- University/Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum qualification plus some business qualification in a technical field preferably in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant EOSH experience working for plant including ISO 14001 and OSHAS 18001
- Networking, Influencing and Communication Skills
- Leadership
- People Management
- Apply new methods, new technologies for beverage production/ distribution, etc.
- Thinking, coaching, teaching, giving the best practice of EOSH culture of CCBVL
- Best ideas improving EOSH systems, etc.
