E-commerce Platform Management:
Oversee operations and implement sales growth strategies, such as promotions, flash sales, and combo offers, across platforms like Shopee and TikTok Shop.
Continuously optimize product catalogs, ensuring accurate and appealing product descriptions, images, and keywords.
Digital Performance Management:
Plan, execute, and optimize online advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and TikTok Ads.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, ROI) to enhance campaign efficiency.
Propose actionable improvements to reduce costs and maximize revenue.
Social Affiliate System Management:
Develop and manage affiliate programs for partners and content creators on platforms like TikTok and Facebook.
Recruit, train, and support affiliate partners to drive performance.
Track affiliate performance and propose reward and incentive policies.
Data Analysis & Performance Monitoring:
Monitor inventory levels on platforms to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
Stay updated on platform policies and algorithms to maximize visibility and sales.
Track and analyze campaign performance, conversion rates, product trends, and customer satisfaction to refine strategies.

Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, MKT, Product Development, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in e-commerce positions, ideally in the Beauty industry.
Skills & Knowledge:
Strong knowledge of Beauty trends, consumer behavior, and product innovations.
Hands-on experience in developing and launching products on e-commerce platforms.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data tools (e.g., platform metrics and reports).
Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to innovate and think outside the box.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
