- Responds in a professional and courteous manner to arrival, departure or guest inhouse by providing accurate and timely information and services
- Primarily supervises GS team members to ensure efficient and smooth operation for producing excellent feedbacks and guest satisfaction
- Qualifications: College degree.
- Experience: At least 2 years relevant experience in the hospitality industry with 1 year in a supervisor role.
- Core competencies: Must possess knowledge of PC software. Possess good public relations and presentation skills.
- Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Personal Attributes: Customer oriented attitude and pleasant disposition is essential
