To assist Gojek’s customers (end-users) via non-call and call channels.
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
Provide accurate information and solutions by using the right methods/tools.
Go to the extra mile to engage customers.
Work with Customer Service Team Leader to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.

Having at least 6 months experiencing in contact center or customer service is a huge plus.
Being good at English speaking (no interruption, clear pronunciation).
Working time: Work in rotating shifts (6 days/week), including day shift and night shift as following:
S1: from 06:00 to 15:00
S2: from 07:00 to 16:00
S3: from 08:00 to 17:00
S4: from 09:00 to 18:00
S5: from 10:00 to 19:00
S6: from 11:00 to 20:00
S7: from 12:00 to 21:00
S8: from 13:00 to 22:00
S9: from 14:00 to 23:00
S10: from 21:30 to 06:30 next day
