[HAGA - JAPAN] Automotive Exteriors Design Engineer

• Mechanical/Automobile Engineer with 5-10 Years of relevant experience in Design and Development of Exterior Components for Passenger Vehicles

• Complete knowledge & hands on experience in designing Plastic & Sheetmetal Components like Bumper, Cowl, Fender, Tailgate, Grille, etc. along with their sub-system

• Design Expertise in Packaging, Master Sections, A- Class Surface feasibility check, Vehicle Regulation & Performance

• Good experience in Input data study, Benchmarking, understanding OEM requirements

• Good knowledge in automotive design and safety standards/regulations

• Make closed volume and design B-side features for proper mounting, Hemming creation, etc.

• Tooling feasibility check and report generation, part modification as per tooling

• Clash analysis - Gap, clash, clearance analysis, Ergonomics study, DFA, DFM, DFMEA, DFS, etc.

• Creates quick designs in CAD & develops cost effective concepts.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Experience of Validating the Design through FE Analysis. Interpretation of results and taking counter measures

• Proficient in CAD Tool - Catia V5/ Catia V6, Good Surface modelling Skill and Creation of Manufacturing Drawings

• Experience in Electric Vehicle Design and development would be added advantage

• Good in Communication (Japan N3 or above & English) and Presentation skills
