Establish, create, care for, maintain, and manage relationships with FDI clients to achieve individual financial and non-financial targets while contributing towards team’s overall deliverables.
Effectively generating new business, identify prospects and materialize those opportunities in line with OCB’s appetite; proposing appropriated solutions; becoming a primary consultant, financial arranger and transaction bank for customers and their value chains.
Set up internal proposal for credit facilities, preparing/reviewing credit applications, ensure good quality of the analysis reports, submit and defend credit proposal with the Credit Division / Credit Committee.
Strategically formulating account plan, directly market and advise on products and services, identify demands of existing and new customers in order to increase sales and cross-sell products (trade service, cash management, treasury).
Proactively building trusted client relationships with high level of professionalism in client engagement and internal stakeholder management; maintain an active portfolio of growing customers.
Regularly feedback to Team Leader/Team head and peers on new and anticipated financial and service needs and recommend appropriate improvements to processes on new products
Teamwork and Processes:
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product teams, risk management, and operations, to deliver integrated financial solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the smooth and timely execution of transactions, customer issues, complaints, and product enquiries
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the FDI sector.
Analyze competitor activities and develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Provide regular reports and updates on the FDI market and client portfolio performance.
Mentor and guide junior relationship managers and support staff.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance professional knowledge and skills.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. An advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, MBA) is a plus.
5-7 years of experience in relationship management, corporate banking, or financial services,.
Excellent financial analysis skills and ability to assess client creditworthiness and key risk considerations / mitigations
In-depth knowledge of financial products and services, credit risk assessment, and the FDI landscape.
Sound product knowledge on trade, cash, lending and FX and strong understanding of local industries, supply/value chains and market environment
Knowledge of operational procedures, documentation requirements, banking practices and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills in English and Vietnamese.
