A. JOB PURPOSE:
- This position will be responsible for ongoing communication and education, relevant for the various Business Units and other stakeholders within De Heus, to promote an appropriate integrity culture, to ensure awareness and understanding of integrity and compliance and the mitigation of related risks.
B. ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. PLANNING
- Propose integrity & compliance programs/activities which will enhance integrity & compliance culture and reduce misconducts.
- Work closely with Legal Manager and Group Manager Integrity & Compliance to align about yearly integrity & compliance action plan
2. I&C CULTURE BUILDING
- Recommend and implement internal education framework (e.g. periodical compliance seminar, compliance news etc.).
- Provide the training, guidance
- Provide advice and support for management and employees with respect to integrity and compliance related questions and obligations.
- Perform training, sharing, advice to ensure that De Heus’s employees well understand about approved processes, procedures.
- Instruct other relevant departments in complying with procedure, statutes, and regulations.
3. I&C MONITORING & REPORTING
- Establish and maintain database of compliance issues, including misconduct cases in cooperation with Legal team
- Develop and deploy tools to monitor the effectiveness of the integrity and compliance programs
- Analyse relevant regulations, standards and best practices and of (potential) integrity and compliance risk areas that are relevant for De Heus’ business activities
- Translate this analysis into procedures used by the various Business Units and departments.
- Challenge business decisions and/or actions when these could lead to a possible integrity and/or compliance risk
- Monitor and report of the effectiveness of mitigating measures implemented and other actions taken by De Heus’ Business Units
- Review/Prepare all processes, procedures of company, excluding procedures of ISO, international standards etc. and policies.
- Cooperate with HODs to ensure the approved processes, procedures being complied effectively.
- Perform periodic or sudden I&C audits/investigation
4. OTHERS:
- Report to Legal Manager and Group Manager Integrity & Compliance
- Participate to solve issues relevant to integrity & compliance (if any).
- Others are assigned by Legal Manager and Group Manager Integrity & Compliance
C. RESULTS:
- Ensure plan to be set and aligned with Group & Company Business Goals
- Ensure awareness and understanding of integrity and compliance
- Reduce misconduct cases
- Others are assigned: timely and correctly
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree or above with major in Law, Lawyer Certificate is an advantage
EXPERIENCES:
- 3+ years working experience in Legal/Compliance preferred working in foreign manufacturing companies.
