Import:

• Following Import shipments and making sure the delivery schedule is on time.
• Co-working with Forwarders and Vendors to arrange shipments in time.
• Completing Customs procedures and making sure the correction of Shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, and so on) and Customs Declaration Forms.
• Solving unexpected issues.

Export:

• Coordinating with CSR, Forwarders, and related departments to proceed with export shipments smoothly.
• Completing Customs procedures and making sure the correction of Shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, and so on) and Customs Declaration Forms.
• Prepare CO if required by Customers.
• Solving unexpected issues.
• Preparing monthly Settlement Reports and checking LVC.
• Checking and confirming Logistics expenses monthly.
• Submitting Expense report to Management.
• Monitoring Forwarders and evaluating them yearly.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Male/ Female
• University Degree with major in import-export, international economics or other related fields
• Fluent in English
• Minimum 1-2 Years experience in handling clearing & forwarding, product costing and dealings with Customs
• Knowledge of prevailing customs rules and regulations, imports & exports procedures
• Good at Microsoft Office - proficient in Excel
• Have experience working with SAP or similar systems
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
• Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Can work under pressure and with minimum supervision
