AI Integration: Champion the strategic adoption of AI within marketing, identifying and implementing tools to enhance targeting, personalization, and campaign effectiveness.
Data-Driven CLCM: Develop and refine customer lifecycle management (CLCM) strategies, leveraging data analytics for exceptional customer acquisition, development, retention, and loyalty outcomes aligned with business goals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with marketing, IT, and data science teams to ensure optimal integration and utilization of Martech solutions.
Performance Insights: Generate actionable insights and comprehensive reports on campaign performance, utilizing advanced analytics to guide continuous optimization and strategic recommendations.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a closely related field. Master's degree strongly preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven success in marketing data analytics, with demonstrated expertise in marketing automation, CLCM, and strategic Martech implementation.
Martech Proficiency: Extensive hands-on experience with leading marketing technology platforms and a comprehensive understanding of the Martech landscape.
AI Implementation: Demonstrated interest and experience in applying AI for marketing purposes, with a commitment to continuous learning and implementation of new AI tools.
Analytical Acumen: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to translate complex data into actionable marketing strategies.
Project Management: Proven ability to manage complex projects effectively and meet deadlines within a dynamic environment.
Communication Excellence: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to present insights, recommendations, and complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
