We are a GC Group Korea - The leading group in the field of Healthcare in Korea
We is building First Premium comprehensive Health Check-up Center (specialized in Gene & Cancer Diagnostics) and Commercial Laboratory in Hanoi.

We are looking for a creative and experienced Marketing Director to lead the marketing strategy for our Comprehensive Health Check-up Center and Commercial Lab. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility, attract new customers, and drive sustainable growth through digital and traditional marketing channels.

- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for the Comprehensive Health Check-up Center and Commercial Lab, with a focus on brand awareness and revenue growth.

- Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, SEO/SEM, content marketing, PR, events, and other media channels.

- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective spending and high ROI (Return on Investment).

- Manage and mentor the marketing team, including recruitment, training, and professional development.

- Create advertising campaigns targeting corporate clients, individuals, and strategic partners such as insurance companies, hospitals, and healthcare organizations.

- Analyze market data and customer behavior to improve marketing strategies.

- Collaborate with sales, lab, and customer service departments to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with customer needs.

- Monitor market trends, competitors, and changes in healthcare regulations to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.

- Build relationships with media partners and manage PR activities to enhance the center’s public image.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1. Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare, or a related field.

A minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare services, diagnostics, or lab services.

Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing and developing a marketing team.

Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, SEO, SEM, and online advertising tools.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strategic partnerships.

Proven experience in managing marketing budgets and analyzing campaign effectiveness.

Creative approach to developing differentiated marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences.

Willingness to participate in industry events and external marketing activities to expand the network and increase brand visibility.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in healthcare, corporate health check-ups, or lab services.

Knowledge of medical products/services or technological solutions in the healthcare industry.

Proficiency in English (both written and spoken). Being able to communicate in Korean is an advantage.
