Develop and oversee the core and extracurricular English curriculum framework for all operational systems at schools.
Implement English and International programs across schools within the system.
Create and execute assessment tools and evaluation criteria to meet the needs of child development assessments.
Manage and coordinate the overall operations of foreign teachers, English program coordinators, and teaching assistants.
Adjust or recommend adjustments to the English curriculum content in the educational management software used by preschool institutions.
B. Program Quality Assurance
Design and manage evaluation templates for educational activities, lesson plans, English teaching reports, extracurricular program enrollment reports, and competency assessment results.
Conduct both scheduled and ad-hoc inspections to monitor and ensure program quality.
Evaluate teacher performance through assessment cycles.
Oversee child assessments at preschools within the system.
C. Research and Program Development
Plan and execute teacher training sessions to enhance professional competencies.
Research and implement English and International programs tailored to the needs of preschools.

Bachelor's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, English Language Education, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in developing and managing English programs, preferably in preschool settings.
Strong knowledge of curriculum design, child development assessments, and international program standards.
Experience in managing diverse teams, including foreign teachers, coordinators, and teaching assistants.
