Our client is a supplier of automotive power and signal distribution devices (Electric & Electronic Distribution Systems). They are seeking motivated and results-driven individuals to join our team as Production Manager:
• Receive orders, plan production monthly, weekly, and daily to ensure quality, output, progress, and production efficiency.
• Develop implementation plans, control, and coordinate delivery schedules.
• Direct, inspect, expedite, and adjust the progress of production plans to meet delivery schedules.
• Receive information and report to relevant departments about the status of goods.
• Develop and improve production processes to enhance product quality.
• Establish a management and control system for assets in the production workshop.
• Advise and consult the Board of Directors and the Sales Department on new product designs.
• Manage personnel, equipment usage, production organization, labor safety, and 5S in the factory.
• Advise and consult the Board of Directors and the Sales Department on new product designs.
• Other tasks related to the production department as required by the management.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Manufacturing, Engineering or related fields.
• At least 05 years experience in production management.
• Solid technical knowledge about production technology and machine; Adequate knowledge of business and management principles.
• General business thinking, analytical and strategy thinking.
• Strong communication, leadership, project management and decision-making skills.
• Good command of English.
