Project management:

1. Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and time frame.

2. Work closely with Cross teams to have an efficient resource allocation.

3. Monitor projects’ performance on a daily basis to ensure delivering projects on time with high quality.

4. Maintain professional relationships with all clients by holding weekly meetings.

5. Issue invoices after getting projects done.

Workflow overview & Optimization:

1. Analyze clients’ profile in coordination with Team lead according to specifications and prepare requested reports to serve for evaluation purposes.

2. Work closely with Team lead and other stakeholders to review workflow and propose optimization ideas.

Team overview and coaching:

1. Be the connection between Team lead, other stakeholders and team members to create team harmony.

2. Analyze team member performance with team lead and provide necessary feedback and training in a timely manner.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1. 2 - 3 years of working experience, preferably in Project Management field

2. Hands-on experience with managing clients and teams 

3. Ability to multi-task across multi-faceted projects  

4. Able to adapt to change and respond positively when faced with new challenges 

5. Be proactive and timely support the team to ensure quality, accuracy and practicality of all tasks
