• Build up the inspection & quality control standards and methods to inspect and control the quality of input materials, production stages and finished products before shipment to ensure output quality according to predetermined standards.
• Ensure the product is 100% quality controlled at all production stages.
• Consolidated reporting and record quality control forms at all production stages.
• Control the hygiene and safety of the workshop, tools, machinery, and workers before, during and after production.
• Prepare records of non-conforming products during the production process and propose measures to handle non-conforming products.
• Handle unusual reports on product quality, discuss plans and countermeasures for improvement and prevention action
• Monitor the handling of product recall issue or returned products;
• Make a minute record of all cases of non-compliance with production processes, safety and hygiene as regulations. Intervene in all actions that have the potential to adversely affect product quality.
• Organize statistical updates and synthesize and analyze the Company's product quality situation periodically or irregularly as directed by management.
• Manage all employees of the QC Department (including staff, training, work plans, work efficiency assessment...) and LAB room.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1/ Qualification: 

• 5 years of experience in quality control management in the manufacturing industry;
• Knowledge of quality assurance terminology GMP, FDA; methods, and tools.
• Foreign language: Good in English, can translate international documents about cosmetic field. Korean is preferred

2/ Skills:

• Analytical, problem-solving, and decision - making skills 
• Demonstrated knowledge of testing best practices, version control practices and defect management practice.
• Sensitive, careful, responsible and decisive in handling work
