Mô tả Công việc

  • Gather lists of possible partners from a variety of sources and cultivate your consumer base. Determine quality and speak with prospective clients.
  • Prepare, negotiate, and sustain connection with the franchise owner.
  • Assist in the development of a contract, in conjunction with a franchise agreement and local laws.
  • Organize and aid in music school events and activities.
  • Assure partner music school connection management, qualification, and overall effectiveness.
  • According to the requirement, update briefing materials and other franchise center-specific materials for internal and franchisee use.
  • Keeping track of and evaluating data and performance indicators at the franchise center level using efficient methods.
  • Carry out business marketing initiatives and advertising efforts.
  • Verify the monthly enrollment projection, inventory, and facility upkeep.
  • Examine and track the dealers' performance.
  • Other duties given by the line manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Male/Female/23-31 years old.
  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in business development, any experience in B2B sales, B2C sales, or business administration.
  • Bachelor’s degree in trade/ marketing/ management or Business Administration.
  • Proficient in English.
