We are seeking a talent for Sales Engineer Manager for the leading and pioneer company in water/waste water treatment business in Japanand provide full spectrum of cutting edge technologies in Water/Wastewater Treatment System.
Responsibilities:
Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company’s customer base
Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Understanding category-specific landscapes and trends, reporting on the forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts
Leading a team of sales engineers to reach sales targets
Training and coaching team members to improve their sales skills and product knowledge
Forecasting and tracking key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
Presenting sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies
