1/ Product:
- Ensure right SKUs is available & visible in assigned channels/customers.
- Monitor out-of-stock (OOS) situation at POS
- Audit product condition, including packaging damage, expiry etc. and FIFO implementation.
2/ Price:
- Check the implementation of price-related promotions to ensure alignment with approved plans
- Identify cases of pricing gaps across different channels/customers/areas.
3/ Promotion:
- Audit the deployment of trade activities per channels/customers calendar and mechanics.
- Make sure POSM materials are used correctly, in full, and within agreed activation periods.
- Evaluate in-store visibility standards, including display and branding execution.
4/ Place:
- Cross-check actual outlet lists against the route plan to verify coverage and visit frequency.
- Identify fake outlets/ non-existent outlets or misreporting in sales recording.
5/ Competitor: Monitor & feedback competitor activities at POS.
6/ Report & Feedback:
- Consolidate, collect and analyze field audit data and competitor activities
- Send regular reports with clear findings, evidence, and actionable proposals.
- Ensure timely feedback to relevant teams to support corrective actions.
7/ Team management:
- Lead, coach & train team members to build audit capability, ensure consistent execution assessment, and drive continuous improvement
8/ Cross-function collaboration:
- Work closely with MKT, Sales in field, and Sales Operation teams to resolve execution issues and optimize processes.
- Act as a contact-point between market information and internal teams to enable timely and informed decision-making
- College/ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field
- 2–3 years in Sales, Trade Marketing, or Field Audit (FMCG experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of GT/MT execution principles and in-market discipline
- Analytical mindset, high integrity, and sharp attention to detail
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint.
- Willingness to travel frequently for market audits
