Sourcing and select suitable suppliers
Prepare purchasing contract
Create the Purchase Order and follow up Purchase Order
Ensure the purchased commodities in accordance with requested quality, quantity and timeline
Responsible for controlling, updating and maintaining the purchasing - related documents & record.
Handling the complaints of company to suppliers.
Collect and make payment proposal for paying to supplier.

Age: From 25 years old
Bachelor’s Degree or higher level in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Economics, or related fields.
Experience:
At least 3 year of experience in a similar position in the manufacturing company.
Experience in Food & Beverages manufacturing industry is preferred.
Knowledge and experience in material management for local and international procurement in Food & Beverages is a plus
Soft skills:
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Good management skills such as planning skills, analytical skills, problem solving skills, etc…
Good English communication skills.
Working Location: Red Bull Vietnam, Ha Noi Highway, Binh Thang Ward, Di An City, Binh Duong Province (18km from Sai Gon bridge, 9km from Thu Duc intersection, 2km from Dong Nai bridge, 5km from National Highway 1K. The Office and Factory are located in a single location.)
