Location：Suzhou, China (Tô Châu, TQ)

Job Duties:

1. Design, build and verify the optical system of machine vision, AOI inspection and measuring instrument.

2. Complete optical system design and key device selection, and can independently carry out design, drawing, installation and testing.

3. Work closely with the project manager and other teams to implement the project according to the requirements and schedule, and complete the project evaluation task

4. Perform the required technical analysis (ray tracing, simulation, tolerance and error budget) to complete the technical difficulties of optical inspection.

5. Optical laboratory management.

6. Responsible for the management and long-term planning of Suzhou Optical team, equipped with optical leadership, responsible for training new personnel and project technical support, maintenance, optimization and upgrading.

7. Available for projects allocation and business travel for on-site support.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1、 Optical or physics related major, bachelor’s degree or above, master and doctor's degree is preferred, solid professional foundation.

2、 More than 3-5 years of engineering and product development experience; Familiar with 3C industry; Excellent candidates could relax such condition.

3、 Familiar with machine Vision and image algorithm, skilled use of Vision Pro, Halcon, OpenCV (software), with C (C#, C, C++) language programming ability is better.

4、 Experience in defect detection, visual positioning and target recognition is preferred

5、 Ability to simulate design and analysis data with software packages such as MATLAB or Python, proficient in optical design simulation tools such as ZEMAX, CODE-V is preferred.

6、 Familiar with the basic principles of optical and optoelectronic devices, understanding of optical mechanical design, complex system design and automated test equipment, semiconductor equipment and optical and vision system development.

7、 Understand optical-related manufacturing technology, can understand the measurement data of optical device manufacturers.

8、 Adapt to fast-paced product development environment, have good communication skills.

9、 Have laboratory experience in optical components and lenses, cameras, lasers, leds, multilayers, lighting, and imaging optics, proficient in physical optics, Fourier optics and geometric optics design.

10 Proficient in English, workable for daily work. Fluent Chinese plus.
