Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic, creative individual with a strong desire to explore their potential to join EIY in the Sale role. This role presents a great opportunity for candidates to experience a high-potential market with customers in prominent positions in society. As a result, candidates will have the chance to build strong social relationships and enjoy high personal development opportunities.
Responsibilities:
• Understand learner needs to create a personalized learning path.
• Advise solutions through appropriate training programs for new learners.
• Use the provided customer data to offer consultations, follow up, and close sales.
• Develop a sales plan and proactively complete assigned targets.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and tasks.
• Prepare reports on potential customers, existing learners, and sales performance weekly/monthly for management.
• Participate in events to enhance brand recognition and expand individual and small group customer base.
• Suggest solutions to improve sales effectiveness and the learning experience for learner at EIY.
• Provide customer care to ensure high learner re-enrollment rates.
• Maintain relationships and support existing learners to increase re-registration and referral rates.
• Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure learners satisfaction before, during, after their courses at EIY.
• Proactively develop a potential customer base through referral channels.
• Meet monthly potential customer targets, sales goals, and conversion rates.
• Carry out tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.

• Working time:
+ Mon-Fri: 9:00am - 6pm; Sat: 9:00am-12pm
+ Sat: 1pm-6pm - Work from home
• Type: 100% offline at the office in District 1, no market visits required.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in course consulting for working professionals.
• English language skills are a plus, enhancing job efficiency and personal income.
• Proficient in analyzing and handling situations.
• Ability to work effectively with highly educated and socially influential customers.
• Proactive mindset and ability to work independently to achieve goals.
• Degree: University degree.
• Age: No age limit.
