We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team, focusing on Commercial Risk Insurance. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong understanding of the commercial insurance market in Vietnam.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for Commercial Risk Insurance products (Property & Casualty, Marine, Aviation, Natural Resources, etc)
Identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target industries.
Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand clients' risk exposures and recommend tailored insurance solutions.
Prepare and present proposals to clients, effectively communicating the features and benefits of our insurance products.
Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance contracts to ensure favorable outcomes for clients and the company.
Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriters and claims specialists, to deliver exceptional service to clients.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitive offerings to effectively position our products in the market.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline management, and client interactions using CRM software.
Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field or higher
Proven track record of success in B2B sales/BD, preferably in the non-life insurance or financial services industry.
Strong understanding of commercial insurance products, including property, liability, and professional indemnity.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Self-motivated and target-driven, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Fluency in Vietnamese and English languages.
Insurance broker license or willingness to obtain one within a specified timeframe.
