JOB SUMMARY:
Trade & Shopper Marketing Manager at Vinamilk, you'll develop and execute marketing strategies for our portfolio. You'll work closely with our National Accounts and Marketing teams to create impactful programs, manage budgets, and analyze ROI. This role involves crafting point-of-sale materials, running digital campaigns, and presenting to retail buyers to drive sales and brand awareness.
You're a strategic thinker with experience in shopper marketing, preferably in the Dairy or FMCG industry. You excel at communication, data analysis, and creative problem-solving. You're comfortable getting out into the trade, managing budgets, vendor relationships, and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Your skills in creating compelling marketing materials and your knowledge of e-commerce platforms will be key. Above all, you're passionate about innovative dairy and eager to contribute to the growth of our brands.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Building expertise of a channel specialist basing the knowledge on shopper insights, market data and best practices, stock & sell-out data from retailers and identifying biggest growth opportunities for the channel.
- Develop and update channel strategy and recommendations of category activations by identifying the growth drivers for category and channel, key category segments, shopper triggers and barriers per different target groups
- Partner with and support Key Account Managers in listing opportunities, novelties introduction and joint trade co-ops with clients
- Develop and execute account specific promotional activity, joint advertising and co-branding opportunities
- Drive the creation of trade activation plan taking into account channel specifics and category objectives
- Evaluate trade activities and events in order to optimize the investment and achieve best ROI, collect and share best practices
- Drive e-commerce strategy and execution, execution of both online/offline POSM activations with customers
- Conduct regular market visits- monitoring competitor activities, pricing strategy, current promotions and stock level across POS (point of sale)
- In-store excellence in execution, especially on new product launches
- Managing dedicated budget expenditure
1. Education/Professional Qualification:
- Bachelor/Master in Marketing or Business Administration
2. Experience:
- Experience: 8-10 years of experience in trade marketing. FMCG and/or E-commerce experience is an advantage
3. Specialized Skills:
- Creative, energetic, and proactive individual with strong interpersonal, organizational and time management skills
- Ability to think critically and creatively
- Team player, able to establish strong connections in the team & with external partners
- Very strong numerical and analytical skills - translate marketing initiatives into quantifiable measurable performance
- Advanced MS Office Excel & Power Point user

- Good English communication skills.
