· Cash & Debt Management

• Plan and manage daily/weekly/monthly cash flow.
• Monitor inflows/outflows, reconcile bank balances, and report cash position.
• Forecast short-term funding needs to ensure liquidity.

· Banking Relations

• Work with banks on credit lines, interest rates, and service fees.
• Manage loan contracts, repayment schedules, and guarantees.
• Propose capital optimization solutions to reduce financial costs.

· Corporate Finance

• Analyze capital structure and support fundraising plans.
• Participate in investment project evaluation (vehicles, warehouses, new routes).
• Prepare regular financial management reports for the Board.

· Investor Relations (training path)

• Support preparation of investor materials (reports, decks).
• Learn disclosure standards and securities regulations.
• Coordinate with advisors in case of IPO or capital raising.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Banking, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in Treasury/Corporate Finance (preferably logistics, FMCG, manufacturing, banking).
• Advanced Excel (Pivot, Lookup, Power Query), PowerPoint.
• Strong financial analysis and reporting skills.
• Good communication and negotiation with banks.
• Good English (IELTS 6.0–6.5 or equivalent is a plus).
• Preferred certifications: CPA, ACCA, CMA.
