HRIS: Update HR data on the system ensuring smooth operation, accuracy and up-to-date information and solving employee issues relating to the system, fully responsible for the Vietnam HRIS and corporate with the global HRIS team.
Implement all statutory insurance and all relevant matters: Monthly report and declaration, staff claim, and SI book finalization.
Monthly collect, classify employee data and prepare for payroll calculation & report.
Update & monitor HR database/labor contracts; coordinate with other teams to prepare and implement the onboarding, offboarding, probation process.
Register staff dependents, tax code and prepare PIT finalization.
Corporate with the Talent Operations Lead to revise company policies, HR processes & documents ensuring legal compliance.
In charge of Company licensing & HR legal matters; stay updated on HR laws/regulations and coordinate with Lawyers for best practices.
Supervise the Office Administrator in some office-related tasks.
Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in a similar role as an HR Administrator or HR Assistant, experience working in a multinational environment is a plus.
Good communication skills in English.
Understanding of HR-related legislation and compliance requirements.
Proficient in MS Office suite and the ability to learn new applications.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and various stakeholders.
Ability to resolve problems in a fundamentally sound manner.
Demonstrated high professional standards and work ethic.
