Job Duties/Responsibilities:
1. Handle employee entry, regularization, transfer and resignation procedures;
2. Responsible for the signing and renewal of labor contracts, entry of personnel information and file management;
3. Collect corresponding data according to the requirements of the group company,and Statistical attendance and compensation data;
4. Responsible for company administration work,such as translation, sending and receiving letters and emails, etc.;
5. Complete other HR and Admin work arranged by the leader.
Required Skills/Abilities :
1. College degree or above;
2. More than 2 years of experience in personnel administration of manufacturing factories, experience in connecting with the government, visa processing, etc., fluent in Chinese and Vietnamese, familiar with administrative work processes.
3. Proficient in operating office software, with experience in personnel recruitment and employee training.
4. Able to work under high pressure and handle complex problems and emergencies.
Monthly Salary: 15.000.000 - 30.000.000 VND
