Job Description

Support for HR team to create training materials, including presentations, handouts, e-learning modules, and infographics.
Ensure all materials are visually engaging and aligned with branding guidelines.
Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training materials and suggesting improvements.
Assist the IC team in designing internal communication assets such as newsletters, posters, videos, and event materials.

Job Requirement

3rd or final year university student or fresh graduate majoring in Graphic Design, Education, HR, or a related field.
Proficient in design tools such as PowerPoint, Google Slide, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), or similar.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Attention to detail with a passion for creativity.
Interest in L&D or organizational development is a plus.
Have a personal laptop.
