Human Resources Manager (Shuttle bus from Quy Nhơn City)

Job Description

*Shuttle bus provided from Quy Nhon City to Phu Cat

1. Recruitment:

• Partner with management to develop a comprehensive recruitment strategy for the whole plant. Carry out the recruiting as planned.
• Responsible for creating job descriptions for the entire firm.

2. Training & Development:

• Developed and implemented training programs for all roles in the company, including topics such as law, company regulations and policies, working skills, and soft skills.
• In charge of staff development: collaborate with the heads of departments to identify skills and increase the talent pool.
• Follow up on talent development programs to assure a steady supply of personnel for the company's business needs.

3. Labour Relationship:

• To handle employee discipline policies and actions.
• Responsible for resolving labor issues.
• Advise management on pay, welfare, and reward programs.
• To create an annual plan for employee welfare programs in order to retain the employee.

Other responsibilities as delegated by the BOD.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Experience in manufacturing company, candidates with background from Garment/Textile industry is highly preferable. 
• Fluent in English communication.
• Having knowledge regarding the labor code and compliance with society
• Teamwork, independence, and high pressure
