Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified IT professionals for various roles, including software developers, system analysts, and network engineers.
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify and engage potential candidates.
Screening and Evaluation: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates‘ technical skills and cultural fit for the organization.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless process for both parties.
Candidate Experience: Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices to ensure competitive and effective recruiting practices.
Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and HRBP team members to understand hiring needs and provide guidance on candidate selection and offer negotiation.
Reporting: Track and report on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate quality, to evaluate and improve recruitment processes.
