Responsible for the entire planning operations, including Supply & Demand Planning, Production Planning in Mixing & Tire productions, and Raw Material procurement.
To manage day-to-day planning activities (materials, resources) ensuring on-time in full delivery (OTIF) and right first time (RFT).
2.1. Responsible for Overall Demand management, Supply & Capacity management, and Inventory control to ensure agreed service levels align with business priorities and customer requirements in the most cost-efficient way
2.2. Responsible for Production Master Schedule (PMS) to promptly incorporate demand and/or capacity changes and define monthly production plan at the Tactical level for both FGs and SF to optimize production capacities and comply with inventory norms.
2.3. Responsible for Raw Materials Demand Forecasting and Ordering to ensure materials availability within the agreed levels of inventory and production continuity
2.4. Hand-on-hand working with the IE and Production team to define monthly/quarterly/annually plant capacities and supply input data to the Central Planning team for Master Production Scheduling (MPS) activity.
2.5. Liaise with the Central Planning team, DRP team, and others to react to any gaps in demand, supply, and inventory
2.6. Liaise with internal & external stakeholders to get updated regarding changes in Operational lead times, Production capacities, and other parameters related to Materials Master Data to ensure the accuracy of data computation on delivery and supply plan
2.7. Monitor, record, and work with the Production, Quality, and IE team on progress/issues regarding PMS adherence, demand fulfillment, and stock replenishment
2.8. Closely coordinate with the Central Planning team for new Mold purchasing/investment
2.9. Accountable for all activities related to production planning & scheduling and materials replenishment to meet order book requirements and inventory targets
2.10. Accountable for maintaining master data in SAP for respective areas accurately
2.11. Develop and improve Planning processes to quickly adapt to business context/situation and promote faster service, more efficiency, and lower costs
2.12. Perform and engage with the cross-functional team (Production, Engineering, Procurement, IE, QA, CSR,…) to provide Planning leadership/ownership as required.
2.13. Responsible for developing the capability of the Planning team
2.14. Responsible for the Implementation and Execution of ISO Management in the Planning function
2.15. To inform Management of any irregularities or problems that require assistance
2.16. Complete all necessary records and reports in a timely and accurately
2.17. Complete weekly/monthly analysis of Operations/Planning performance and issue reports / KPIs as required
2.18. Support and participate in any meetings related to Planning activity if required
2.19. SAP Key user for the Planning function
2.20. Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned
2.21. Having the authorities within the assigned function
2.22. Adhere to Company quality systems
2.23. Adhere to Company Safety Rules.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in industrial management, Business Administration, or relevant.
Experience:
1. Professional experience: 10+ years of working experience. Minimum of 7 years of experience in Industrial Planning
2. Leadership experience: Experience in managing a team of 4 - 6 employees
