Job Description
Sale admin
- Receive order from customer and send to suppliers, make quotation & sales approval
- Follow up the order until finished delivery
- Input and output invoice in the company system (SAP) and issue red invoice to customer
- Report sales volumes weekly, monthly.
Logistics:
- Check HS code of goods. Check import policy of goods
- Prepare import - export documents (contracts, invoices, packing list, bills of lading, C/O, fumi, Insurance..)
- Coordinate with relevant departments to control the delivery of goods
- Import/export data management
- Input logistics fee on company sytem.
Job Requirement
- College/University graduate.
- Experience: 1-3 years.
- Proficient in English and Excel skills, with experience in import & export and logistics process.
- Careful, enthusiastic, and highly responsible at work.
