Senior Branding Executive

Job Description

A Senior Global Branding Executive is responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies across diverse international markets, ensuring consistency and relevance while driving brand growth and recognition.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives and market goals.

• Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, consumer needs, and competitive landscapes in various global markets.

• Create and execute global marketing campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences; Collaborate with regional teams to localize global campaigns while maintaining brand consistency.

• Work closely with creative teams (both inhouse and outsource teams) to produce engaging content, including digital ads, videos, social media, and events.

• Increase brand recognition and equity globally through strategic partnerships, events, influencer marketing, and digital campaigns.

• Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure the brand is represented effectively across all customer-facing materials and channels.

• Monitor, track, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns, adjusting as needed.

Job Requirement

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in branding, preferably within the EdTech, Tech, Education, or Consumer Goods industries

• Strong understanding of brand management principles and global marketing strategies. 

• Excellent writing, communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and external partners. 

• Proven experience in developing and executing global branding/marketing campaigns. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. 

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines. 

• Fluency in English is essential, with proficiency in additional languages a significant advantage. 

• Experience with digital marketing channels and tools is highly desirable.
