Legal Compliance: Maintain accurate records of kitchen operations to comply with regulatory requirements and provide necessary documentation for inspections.
Employee Welfare: Manage uniform distribution and coordinate periodic health checks and food safety training to ensure employee well-being and adherence to industry standards.
General Administration: Perform administrative tasks as assigned by superiors.
2. Admin Staff
Immigration Support: Process visa applications, work permits, and temporary residence cards for foreign employees.
Fleet Management: Coordinate and schedule company car operations, managing driver teams efficiently.
Visitor Management: Greet and welcome visitors to the office in a professional and courteous manner.
Event Planning: Assist in organizing and securing company events.
Facility Management: Ensure the office environment adheres to 6S principles and complies with safety regulations and CTPAT standards.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on service delivery.
