Deliver a service of high quality to Clients and Candidates.
Promote and build awareness of 40HRS capabilities in our existing Client database.
Be an active networker.
Screen and interview Candidates in accordance with our international standards.
Organize interviews between Clients and Candidates.
Provide advice to both Clients and Candidates on salary, training, and career progression.
Follow up on leads for permanent recruitment provided by other staff members.
Perform other tasks assigned by the manager or director

Requirements
Graduates / post-graduates majoring in HR, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or other related fields.
1-3 years experience in HR/recruitment, Sales/ customer service with a proven track record (welcome fresh graduate).
Good at communication in English, coupled with the ability to communicate in Vietnamese
