SUMMARY OF ROLE
Supporting the Business Unit VP of International Packages and Controls directly to drive sales growth in Vietnam
The Role is to aid the business to develop and grow in line with Nidec’s “Three New “Business strategy focusing on New Applications, New Customers, New Markets.
Working on a global basis at both Zone and Regional level you will aid in the formulation and tracking of local initiative to feed into the “Three New” program with Direct engagement with both Regional Directors, and local sales Leaders
Track, Record and Analyse performance data to assess whether it is on track for each specific plan and produce reports and presentations material to report on progress and achievements to the business, Monthly and Quartey Business Reviews with Motion Energy management Team
Drive corrective action plans where plans are failing and or missing projected targets or milestones
Become the Evangelist of the three new programs presenting to the Nidec Elevator sales Teams, Partners, and potential customers in country

RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be working closely with other parts of the business including Finance, Sales Engineering, Research and Development (R&D), Operations, Sales, and Marketing teams and across Zones, Regions, and sales offices to extract information from them.
You will track performance and add clarity to the reporting processes.
You will support the leadership team to deliver data and reports as needed

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Educated to degree level of above.
Proven experience working in the Elevator or associated business
Have a strong proven experience in Sales for a minimum of 2 Years
Competent in Microsoft Office and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
Strong analytical skills – both qualitative and quantitative.
Experience in managing projects.
Experience in dealing with people and getting work done through influence helpful.
Excellent communication skills, comfortable presenting to senior members of large organisations.
Confident working independently also collaboratively across business disciplines and globally
