Job Description:
Support FF manager in running and managing the day-to-day retail field force execution to achieve retail compliance and sales target KPIs
Handling FF agencies management
Follow Agency KPI to ensure deliver performances
Leads in the recruitment and salary payment to FF team
Job Requirements:
At least 2 years of related work experience preferred
With a sound knowledge of retail field force sales operations, with a strong understanding of labor laws
Excellent attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong project management skills and sensitivity toward deadlines
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and quickly organize and prioritize workload requirements
Proven track record as a resourceful self-starter who is creative and comfortable working
