Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a GA Manager (Manufacturing, 3000 USD, ID17346):
Supervise and support the admin team to ensure the smooth operation of administrative services, including catering, waste management, medical services, hygiene, gardening, dormitory management, and company transportation.
Monitor and control administrative costs and expenses to ensure budget efficiency.
Oversee purchase requests to ensure timely delivery and payment compliance.
Ensure that all service providers comply with legal regulations, service agreements, and company policies.
Develop, update, and implement administrative procedures to enhance efficiency.
Plan, organize, and oversee company events and activities.
Provide training and coaching sessions to improve the skills and effectiveness of the admin team.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Director.
