Responsibilities:
1. Lead the team towards OHS goals & objectives.
2. Developing and execute health and safety plans in the workplace according to legal and customer guidelines
3. Preparing and enforcing policies to establish a culture of health and safety.
4. Evaluating practices, procedures and facilities to assess risk and adherence to the law
5. Suggest solutions, improvements and prevention steps for safety issues
6. Review existing policies and procedures
7. Conduct accident prevention, health and safety training as required
8. Investigate high impact accidents/incidents to find cause and take prevention measures for further incidents as needed
9. Suggest solutions, improvements and prevention steps for safety issues
