The Deck Saigon is seeking a committed Guest Experience Agent to play a vital role in creating memorable experiences. This position goes beyond merely taking orders; it's about crafting lasting memories. As our Guest Service Agent, your responsibilities will include:
Owning the Guest Journey: You will be the main point of contact from arrival to departure, ensuring smooth and enjoyable service.
Empowering Guests with Wine Knowledge: Serve as our in-house wine connoisseur, expertly guiding guests through our offerings and suggesting ideal pairings. Collaborating for Excellence: Partner with the Restaurant Manager to uphold service standards, train team members (especially regarding wine), and enhance overall guest satisfaction.
Driving Guest Loyalty: Foster relationships with guests, anticipate their needs, and cultivate a welcoming atmosphere that promotes repeat visits. We are looking for a candidate who has: Proactive Guest Service Mentality: You stay one step ahead, foreseeing guest needs and addressing issues before they arise.
In-Depth Wine & F&B Knowledge: Demonstrated expertise in wine regions, varietals, and food pairings. Exceptional Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Capable of effectively interacting with guests and colleagues at all levels.
