Responsible for setting up and repairing PCs, Laptop, Telephone, IT hardware (notebook, projector, printer, scanner, network, etc. ) for users.

· Install software, follow up and control the software license.

· Configure Switch , Firewall, update network diagram.

· Support for all users on the issues related to PCs, Laptop, Telephone line, network connection, internet access, email ... and other standard package software.

· Update IT fixed asset records.

· Train users about IT policy, IT security awareness, PC basic skills.

· Responsible to control and protect company's assets (IT).

Education Background:

·       College or University

Working Experience:

·       At least 3 years of experience

·       Good command written and spoken in English.

·       MCSA, CCNA certificate would be advantaged.
