Job Summary
CJ Foods Vietnam is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Ethnic South Key Account Manager to:
-
Customer discovery and management – find new customers and maintain relationships with existing customers.

Increase sales – increase company profits by selling products or services.

Market analysis and strategy establishment – identify competitor trends and design effective sales strategies.
-
Build brand trust – keep customers coming back to our products.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Planning
2. Sales Analyzing

Analyzing Sales progress by SKU and Customers against Monthly and Annual Plans and Last Year
-
Analyzing Profit (GP,OP,SG&A,Rebate) by SKU and Customers against Last Year
-
Analyzing Promotion Budget and Rebate against Monthly and Annual Plans by Customers and Last Year
3. NPI
-
Selection of New imported products through trend analysis
-
Reviewing launching by Sample Tasting and Setting Prices
-
Proposing NPI and Negotiating with Customers
4. Sales Operation
-
Build and execute channel strategy
-
Build and develop trading term
-
Domestic order: Send order to CS
-
Container order: Send order to SCM, F/W schedule, discuss delivery schedule with customers, check actual delivery quantity from customers
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or Economics.
Experience: At least 08 years of working experience in sales role/ trading in FMCG advantage & 01 year of working experience at the same position.
Skills:

Good communication and negotiation with customers in different levels

Excellent relationship and networking skills, planning skills

Understanding the market, familiar with the management area

Good management, problem solving, communication and negotiation skills

Familiar to Import & Sales Process, needs analysis

Coaching skills - staff training

Good communication in English & Can speak Korean is a plus
