Our client is a foreign invested company, now looking for a Logistics Service Manager:
Responsible for customs procedures, guiding the team in customs declarations, and handling import/export procedures for clients.
Support and advise staff on checking procedures, product policies, and provide consultation to customers when needed.
Proactively observe, investigate, and resolve any issues or challenges arising related to shipping lines, customs, ports, clients, subcontractors, and internal matters
Responsible for reviewing and approving AR (LCC, stakes), reimbursements, advances, and daily payments of documents and operations.
Collaborate with the transport department to ensure timely delivery to clients.
Observe, coordinate, and organize tasks effectively for Logistics department staff.
Research and propose training programs, seminars, etc., if necessary and appropriate, for the department’s and company’s development.
Establish procedures and regulations if needed to enhance the department’s work efficiency.
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for the management team.
Analyze the performance of the Logistics department and provide recommendations and solutions for improvement.

Graduated from college or higher in related fields such as Logistics, Maritime, Economics, Foreign Trade
Have at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar position in a logistics company
Strong expertise in customs declaration is required
