1. Distributor Management:
Develop and nurture strong relationships with distributors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
Provide support and training to distributors to ensure their success in selling our products
Monitor and evaluate distributor performance, implementing strategies to improve sales and market share
2. Traditional Marketing Activities
Plan, implement, and evaluate traditional marketing campaigns, including print ads, radio, television, and outdoor advertising
Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing activities effectively
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends
Assist in the development of marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, and promotional materials
Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events
3. Product and Price Management
Collaborate with the product development team to ensure effective product positioning and pricing strategies
Monitor product performance and make suggestions for product improvements or modifications
Conduct market analysis to identify competitive pricing and make recommendations accordingly
4. Marketing and Discount Budget
Monitor marketing expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints
Analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for budget allocation
