Working in an international context, the OneOps consultant has a very important role in our organization since he represents the first level of support. His actions will be decisive on the quality of support as he usually :
monitors ITSM tools and guarantees optimal support, particularly for the most critical incidents
analyzes tickets, performs required actions when the incident / request falls under first level support
follows-up tickets resolution and escalates when necessary
performs daily checks on the systems of our customers
performs various L1 tasks (relaunching a failed backup job, data recovery, account creation, etc...)
answers phone calls, reports activity and ensures the relay with the next team
He will have access to many tools widespread on the market : Service-Now, SAP, Datadog, Veeam, ESET, ... There are various possibilities of evolution perspectives.

Bachelor's or equivalent level in Computer Science
English (TOEIC 650 or higher)
French speaking (optional)
Working experience in user support (Help Desk) or customer support is a big plus
