Job Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain enterprise talent pool and recruitment channels, allocate and effectively use various resources;
• Responsible for recruitment channel related work to meet the recruitment needs of departments;
• Responsible to coordinate with departments to revise job descriptions;
• Responsible for new employee procedures, contract signing, and regular advertising;
• Understand the situation of recruitment channels such as recruitment websites, talent exchange centers, headhunting companies, intermediary agencies, etc., and establish a good cooperative development relationship on the basis of evaluating their effectiveness;
• Complete other tasks assigned by HR Manager.

Requirements :

• Minimum 3 years experience in HR Recruitment preferably having Retail industry experience
• Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics and well organized
• A team player with pleasant personality, good communication skill and ability to work independently.
• In-depth knowledge of full cycle recruiting.

Preferred qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor degree.
• Experience working in a retail/F&B environment.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, including sales, inventory management, merchandising, and customer service.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in English, plus point if proficient in Mandarin
