ChanChan Noodle is a contemporary vegan restaurant specializing in Chinese- Vietnamese fusion cuisine. Our mission is to redefine traditional perceptions of vegan food by offering innovative, flavorful, and visually appealing dishes that cater to both vegans and non-vegans alike.

JOB SUMMARY
This role is responsible for building, implementing, and improving systems and SOPs to ensure the efficient and transparent management of all business departments. The position also involves developing clear reports for investors, leading the team by example, and driving business growth through strategic planning.
KEY POSSIBILITIES
· Develop and refine operational systems and SOPs for effective business management.
· Ensure clear and simple reporting for investors.
· Lead by example and maintain accountability across all teams.
· Oversee project management and business strategy execution.
· Create strategies to increase profitability, brand awareness, employee satisfaction, and customer experience.
· Complete overview and in control of business finances.
· Support the professional and personal development of employees.
· Build and maintain a positive and professional company culture.
· Implement tracking systems to monitor business performance efficiently.
· Foster a strong brand community and relationships with local officials, businesses, and customers.
· Stay updated on marketing trends and report financial results of marketing campaigns.
· Design a fair incentive system for employees.
· Conduct market research and provide strategic expansion recommendations to investors.
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
· Strong leadership and team management skills.
· Excellent project management and problem-solving abilities.
· Strong business strategy and financial analysis skills.
· Good understanding of marketing trends and financial reporting.
· Ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
· Knowledge of the F&B industry and market dynamics.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
· 5+ years of experience in a managerial or leadership role in F&B or hospitality.
· Experience in developing business strategies and operational systems.
· Experience in restaurant expansion.
· Familiarity with Vietnamese business regulations and market trends.
