- Build monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Market Positioning: Seek out, present Hira products to potential clients/partners through attending meetings/events/conferences.
- Market Research: Analyze the project, construction markets, competitors to identify business opportunities.
- Partnerships manage tender processes and secure projects
- Strategic Planning: Develop, implement strategies to expand market presence and foster long-term
- Contact investors, design consultants, supervision consultants, contractors to introduce products, put them on the vendor list and write specifications for the project.
- Develop relationships with existing customers and build new customer lists
- Adjust and propose pricing strategies to compete effectively in the market
- Negotiate prices and contract conditions with customers and partners
- Consulting and supporting customers during the purchase and use of products
- Monitor and evaluate sales on a periodic basis
- Prepare reports on sales performance and recommend improvements
- Research and evaluate the market to adjust sales strategy
- Handle customer issues and complaints
- Assign tasks, monitor individual and team performance
- Create motivation and working conditions to increase team performance
- Support sales team to solve difficulties and problems arising during the sales process
- Report directly to Line Manager on sales status and propose new strategies.

· Bachelor’s degree
· 5+ years of experience in HVAC, MEP, insulation
· Excellent technical /communication skills.
· Fluent English
· Flexible, able to work on own initiative, can deal with more than one task / project at a time prioritizing accordingly.
