Site Development Specialist

1. Site Sourcing & Evaluation: (50 - 70%)

   • Connect with real estate brokers and partners to find new locations.
   • Review and select locations based on legal, financial, and business requirements.
   • Assess if a location is suitable for business growth.
   • Work with internal teams to get approvals for new sites.

2. Lease Negotiation & Management: (20 - 40%)

   • Negotiate lease terms to get the best deal for the company.
   • Review contracts with internal teams before signing.
   • Ensure all lease agreements follow legal and company policies.
   • Maintain good relationships with landlords and manage lease renewals.

3. Business Expansion & Compliance: (10%)

   • Work with local authorities to understand zoning and legal rules.
   • Stay updated on laws related to site expansion.
   • Help plan the company’s growth strategy.

• Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • 3-7 years of experience in real estate, leasing, or site expansion.
  • Experience in international real estate firms or business expansion roles in MNCs (preferably in education or services).

• Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of real estate laws and leasing regulations.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Business mindset with a results-driven approach.
  • Good understanding of Vietnam’s real estate market.
  • Ability to work with multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in Vietnamese and English (spoken and written).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
