Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for communication content on social platforms such as Facebook and TikTok.
Increase interaction and brand recognition of the Company on these platforms.
Optimize communication content according to platform standards.
Manage the company's social media pages.
Update trends to generate ideas for increasing interaction and brand recognition.
Other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.
Create monthly marketing plans.
Job Requirements:
Priority given to candidates with at least 2 years of experience in Marketing, advertising, communication, or digital media.
Basic marketing knowledge, understanding of consumer tastes and behavior.
Good language and visual skills, creative thinking, and many ideas.
English: Good English is an advantage.
Proactive at work, eager to learn, quick, flexible, honest, and progressive.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Understanding and utilizing social media analytics and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, or similar tools to measure performance and understand customers.
Ability to self-manage projects, prioritize tasks, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
Understanding of basic SEO principles and knowledge of how to optimize content to increase search engine visibility.
Ability to conduct market research and analysis, identify trends and potential content sources.
Ability to work collaboratively with other team members, including editors, designers, and data analysts, to create diverse and effective content.
Understanding of online advertising strategies and marketing techniques to optimize content performance.
Understanding of how to use and manage social media platforms to create content and engage with customers.
