1. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Design 2D and 3D models for sliding gates, swing gates, folding gates, fences, and balustrades based on customer requirements.
Develop manufacturing drawings, BOMs, assist in cost estimation, and optimize structures.
Collaborate with the production team to ensure designs are manufacturable and easy to assemble.
Work with the engineering team to analyze product durability, load capacity, and compliance with technical standards.
Continuously update and improve designs to enhance quality, reduce costs, and increase product lifespan.

1. MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Thiết kế 2D, 3D các sản phẩm cổng trượt, cổng xoay, cổng xếp, hàng rào, lan can theo yêu cầu khách hàng.
Lập bản vẽ sản xuất, bóc tách vật tư, hỗ trợ tính toán chi phí và tối ưu hóa kết cấu.
Làm việc với bộ phận sản xuất để đảm bảo thiết kế dễ gia công, dễ lắp ráp.
Phối hợp với team kỹ thuật để kiểm tra độ bền, tải trọng sản phẩm theo tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật.
Cập nhật, cải tiến thiết kế để nâng cao chất lượng, tối ưu chi phí, tăng tuổi thọ sản phẩm.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
2. REQUIREMENTS
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, Car design or a related field.
Proficient in SolidWorks & AutoCAD.
At least 2 years experience
Knowledge of galvanized materials, structural steel, casting, welding, and powder coating is an advantage.
Ability to read, understand, and create detailed technical drawings.
Strong technical mindset and a proactive approach to design optimization.
Experience with simulation software (SolidWorks Simulation, ANSYS) is a plus.
3. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Gross salary: 14-17 million VND + KPI bonus

2. YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN
Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng/Đại học chuyên ngành Cơ khí chế tạo máy, Thiết kế công nghiệp, thiết kế ô tô.
Tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm
Thành thạo SolidWorks & AutoCAD.
Hiểu biết về vật liệu mạ kẽm, thép kết cấu, đúc, công nghệ hàn, sơn tĩnh điện là lợi thế.
Khả năng đọc hiểu bản vẽ kỹ thuật, triển khai bản vẽ gia công chi tiết.
Tư duy kỹ thuật, chủ động tìm giải pháp tối ưu hóa thiết kế.
Có kinh nghiệm sử dụng phần mềm mô phỏng (SolidWorks Simulation, ANSYS) là lợi thế.
